New Rectangular Tumbler Screener

October 13, 2011 in Uncategorized

Introduced at the POWTECH Exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany the week of 10 October 2011, is the latest concept in screening – The Rectangular Tumbler Screener!

This new screener adds about 30% more screening area, and utilizes the entire screen surface for separations. High throughputs are now possible in a simple, easy to operate machine. The new Rectangular Tumbler Screener does not need special structures and foundations like the large Gyratory machines from Rotex™, BM&M™ and Sweco™.

The new Tumbler Screener is also price effective, costing about 1/2 the price of a similar sized gyratory screeners like the Rotex MegaTex® and the Sweco GyroMax® screeners, yet taking advantage of the unique “tumbling” action of the Allgaier Tumbler Screener Drive Mechanism.

The new Rectangular Tumbler Screener is available in 1 to 5 decks, and can include ball cleaning decks. Separations down to 44 micron or 325 mesh are now possible!
